1. Automatic feeding machine: pneumatic sorting+servo feeding, precise positioning of wood, avoiding jamming, suitable for automatic sorting of solid wood materials of different lengths.

2. High speed gear cutting machine: imported alloy cutting tools, horizontal tooth profile cutting, adjustable tooth pitch/depth (standard tooth pitch 4-6mm), smooth and burr free cutting surface.

3. Precise glue coating system: High pressure atomization glue coating, uniform glue layer, controllable dosage, suitable for environmentally friendly woodworking glue, no glue overflow, less waste, in line with global environmental standards.

4. Horizontal docking station: driven by variable frequency motor, precise docking at millimeter level, automatic alignment of wood, ensuring that the straightness of splicing is ≤ 0.5mm.

5. Pressure stabilization and curing machine: Hydraulic pressure stabilization (adjustable pressure 5-15MPa), fast bonding and curing, shortening waiting time, and improving the stability of the tooth joint wood.

6. Automatic discharge rack: The finished products are automatically transported and stacked, saving manual handling and adapting to closed-loop operations in continuous production lines.
